How to take your measurements

  • Step 1: Bust
Wearing a well-fitted un-padded bra, stand sideways on to a full-length mirror, measure around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring that the tape measure doesn’t dip down your back. Take the measurement holding the tape so it just touches you, not pulling tight.
  • Step 2: Waist
Tie a thin cord around your waist so you can just feel it and it doesn’t slip down, (it may seem higher than you feel your waist should be), relax you stomach muscles then take the measurement on top of the cord so it just touches you, not pulled tight.
  • Step 3: Hips
Wearing no more than underwear stand sideways on to a full length mirror. Measure around the biggest part of your bottom taking care that the measuring tape just touches you, not pulled tight.
  • Step 4: Placing your order
Now place your order according to the LARGEST measurement, rounding up or down to the nearest 1 centimetre or ¼ inches.
    E.g.
    Actual body measurements:
    32 ½”, 25 ½”, 34”
This means you are GAIAHOUSE size 1 bust and hips, but a size 2 waist. Therefore the correct size to order is a size 2.
