Use of the GAIAHOUSE website

These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website.

Accuracy of Content

GAIAHOUSE has taken every care in the preparation of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Full attention is given to ensure all technical information and advice is accurate

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. To the extent permitted by applicable law, GAIAHOUSE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. GAIAHOUSE shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Purchase of Products

Contract Creation and Electronic Contracting

The technical steps required to create the contract between GAIAHOUSE and the CLIENT are as follows: The product order is placed on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.

  • GAIAHOUSE will send the CLIENT an order acknowledgement email detailing the products ordered.
  • GAIAHOUSE will send the CLIENT an e-mail confirming the dispatch the order.
  • Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between the CLIENT and GAIAHOUSE will take place on the date of dispatch of the products ordered unless we have notified the CLIENT that we do not accept your order.
  • All risks in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery, but the goods shall remain the property of GAIAHOUSE until paid for in full.
  • Please Note: Goods will not be released to the CLIENT until payment has been received in full.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • Any component of the order being unavailable or unobtainable by GAIAHOUSE for reasons beyond our control.
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error.
  • Failure by the CLIENT to meet the Eligibility to Order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

The contract will be concluded in English.

Contract Cancellation

Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than 7 days after the day on which you place the order.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Orders are accepted and promise for delivery given conditionally upon GAIAHOUSE being able to obtain the necessary products, and without responsibility for delays arising through uncertainties of manufacture, strikes, accidents or other circumstances out of our control.

Price and Payment

The price of the goods will be the price quoted on the website at the date the order is received and will include VAT in the United Kingdom unless specified otherwise. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE COMPLETED UNTIL PAYMENT IN FULL IS RECEIVED.

Delivery Charges

Delivery will be between 4-6 weeks.

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Returns

GAIAHOUSE takes great care to ensure that every order is manufactured to perfection. In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, please follow the steps below

It is very important that you do not remove any labels or other packaging item from the garment. GAIAHOUSE will not refund or replace any goods that show signs of having been worn. The removal of labels predicates the above condition Similarly, garments that have been altered or adjusted in any way after dispatch from GAIAHOUSE cannot be returned, replaced or refunded.

How to return a faulty garment

  • Contact our customer service team via returns@gaiahouse,uk.com informing us of the nature of the fault
  • Send the unwanted product back within 7 days of notifying us of the fault, preferably in the original packaging.
  • Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage.
  • A notification e-mail will be sent to you once your faulty product has been received. .
  • A member of our team will contact you to finalise a refund application (where appropriate) within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

**Please note that you will be responsible for the products until they reach GAIAHOUSE.

Privacy Policy.

GAIAHOUSE values its customers and respects their privacy. GAIAHOUSE does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Data collected by this site is used to:

  • a. Take and fulfill customer orders
  • b. Administer and enhance the site and service
  • c. Only disclose information to third parties for goods delivery purposes.

Postage.

Postage costs are calculated automatically and displayed at the top of the order form after you select your destination country.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches its destination. GAIAHOUSE does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Please note: Our International Courier cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
